  • 4, chopped Scallions
  • 2, minced Scotch Bonnet Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Spices (allspice, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg)
