Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for your first membership subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Recipe Nest Member or Annual Member subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

Note: This refund policy is designed to let you try our premium features risk-free. If we determine that you have extensively utilized the premium features (e.g., generated a significant number of AI recipes or completed multiple Learning World courses) within this 14-day period, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annually). You will continue to have full access to all premium features until that billing cycle concludes. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or years.

Canceling your premium membership will downgrade your account to the "Free Cook" tier at the end of your billing cycle. However, progress stays yours.

We will never delete your completed lessons, earned badges, or certificates, even if you cancel your premium subscription. Your saved recipes and account history will remain intact.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
